The history of the building is dated between the years 1954 – 1957. Architects had been Max Gronwaldt and J. Chvatina. The name of the building during the socialism was “Dům potravin - Bílá Labuť”. Prior these times, the former building on Wenceslas Square was completely destroyed during the 2nd world war.
